Obedience is God’s love language. We must obey the commands that we are given in the Book of Jude to build ourselves and each other up, to pray together in the Holy Spirit, to wait for mercy, to have mercy on those who doubt, and to preach the gospel to the lost.
We must live in the fullness of today in expectant waiting for the Return of Christ. For the Church to be what the Church is commanded to be we must cultivate mercy in our own heart and in the heart of church leadership. We must cultivate faith and hope in both the church and in the lives of the lost. We must constantly remind ourselves that everyone can be restored when they stumble. We must continually be looking to Jesus Christ our Lord who is the only One who can keep us from stumbling and can present us blameless before the Father.
